I have a secret.

Should I share it?

Since I was little, I had this thing about secrets. I’ve always loved them.

First, I was the best secret keeper ever! You could trust me to guard the most trivial bit of gossip with my life.

Second, when the time was right,  and when it came to secrets of my own, I reveled in reveals. I loved nothing more than to suddenly, explosively let the world know of what I’d kept locked away for so long.

In keeping with this childhood tradition of mine, I’ve been keeping something from the world for a while now. And I am just about ready to let it out. ….. Aaaaah! I want to!

It’s just that… it has to be done right.

So let’s build up to it a little more, shall we?

My secret has to do with long journeys and longtime dreams. It has to do with good news. And debut novels 😉

So… what a perfect moment to start a series celebrating debut novels coming out in 2019!

In leading up to the reveal of my Great Mystery, I will host a week-long giveaway contest here on the Magic Mirror. To make up for my long, looong silence on this blog, I am going to post every day with a little summary and/or an author interview featuring a new YA book to get excited about this year.
