Auntie Motya is my inner critic, and she is always scared to jinx things. So, naturally, it’s time for an update 🙂

I finished the outline of my next book a few days ago. Took a weekend off — gasp! — but so needed. I had to celebrate the summer properly, welcoming it with naps and walks and songs. And then yesterday, I started writing my next novel!

Wooohoo!!!

Early this morning I drove my husband and daughter to the airport. They are off to visit family in France and Italy. I am so excited for them — and for me — because for the next two weeks over here in our cute little home tucked away in the suburbs of WA, it’s gonna be me, my faithful Shadow (see below), and my writing cave.
